TCH Owner's Program Referral Fee Policy

At Texas Corporate Homes (TCH), we value your referrals! If you refer a property owner to our Owner’s Program, you can earn a referral fee when that owner successfully joins the program. Here’s how it works:

One-Time Referral Fee

When a new property owner is added to the Owner’s Program (usually 30–45 days after their initial application), TCH will:

  • Ask for the Referrer’s Information: We’ll confirm who referred the property owner.
  • Collect Your Details: We’ll gather your contact and payment information.
  • Send Your Payment: You’ll receive a $500 one-time payment within 30 days after the property is fully installed and marketable by TCH.

Note:

  • The $500 fee is paid once per property owner (not per property) unless the referrer is the owner's real estate agent.
  • If a real estate agent refers a client, they can earn the $500 fee per each property that the client owns and adds to the owner's program.

Annual Agent/Client Referral Fee

We know that real estate agents and their investor clients play an important role in our success. That’s why we offer an additional $500 referral fee every year that a referred property remains in the Owner’s Program. Here’s the process:

  • Timing: The renewal $500 fee is paid 6 months into each renewal year.
  • Why 6 Months?
    • Some property owners may renew and then decide to sell.
    • Renewal dates can vary if property owners get busy and delay the process.

The standard term of our Owner’s Program contract is 12 months, and the additional referral fee is a way for us to say “thank you” for your ongoing support and contributions, and help offset against any lost leasing commissions that may have not have been earned due to traditional long term leasing.
