The Opportunity:
As an Account Executive, you will be the face of TCH’s Owner’s Program to prospective property owners and the real estate ecosystem, more broadly in DFW, Houston, and Austin. Your primary responsibility will be to market our program to real estate investors, agents, and loan officers. You will identify and qualify potential investors, conduct initial property reviews, and create and present comprehensive investment analyses, including estimated rental rates using our proprietary data and processes. Once converted, you will coordinate with our local Install Managers for them to meet at properties to create furnishing estimates and ensure a smooth installation and onboarding process. Overall, you will create and drive conversion across a pipeline of properties in DFW, Austin, and Houston.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market the Owner’s Program to potential clients (real estate investors, agents, loan officers).
  • Conduct remote property reviews, create and present investment analyses to property owners and agents.
  • Ensure properties meet TCH guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the Install Manager to go onsite and create furnishing estimates
  • Ensure Install Manager completes furnishings installation in a timely manner
  • Manage the sales pipeline and onboarding process for new properties.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in digitally native business development and sales 
  • Experience in real estate investing, proptech, investment/financial product sales, financial advice, real estate software, or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, coordinating with multiple parties including property owners, agents,  Install Managers and other team members.
  • Personal computer and ability to easily navigate systems like Salesforce, GSheets, Slack, and other modern workplace tools  to manage a large sales pipeline, track progress/projects and communicate with the team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
