Overview
Texas Corporate Homes is seeking a dynamic, outcome-oriented, and customer-focused Reservations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a high-velocity salesperson with excellent communication skills and a background in leasing management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound housing requests from corporate and insurance housing partners and platforms, dynamically quoting and negotiating rates, guiding potential guests through our reservation process, and coordinating with our dedicated property management team to ensure a seamless experience. This position plays a key role in driving reservation demand, setting pricing, placing guests in TCH properties, and fostering long-term relationships with partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Inquiries & Lead Management:
- Field and quote inbound inquiries for our properties, ensuring a rapid response time that meets our minimum SLA standards
- Due to the nature of reserving properties, being responsive is sometimes required outside of normal business hours.
- Utilize CRM tools to track, update, and follow up on prospective leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Guest Engagement & Reservation Process:
- Engage with potential guests to understand their housing needs, provide detailed property information, and schedule property tours.
- Conduct property tours, highlight key features, and discuss leasing options.
- Encourage follow-up actions and secure reservations, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to reservation.
- Corporate and Insurance Housing Partnerships:
- Market TCH inventory to corporate and insurance partners
- Respond to RFP/RFQs from partners and online marketplaces/portals
- Proactively communicate with partners, promoting Texas Corporate Homes’ reservation opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.
- Develop new relationships to enhance our outreach and drive rental demand with other potential referral sources
- Attend industry events, network, maintain, and build referral partnerships. (3-5/yr expected).
- Team Collaboration & Coordination:
- Coordinate effectively with a three-person leasing team, sharing responsibilities and ensuring a unified approach to reservation operations.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members on leasing best practices and customer service excellence.
- CRM & Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and timely records in our CRM system, tracking all interactions and updates.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust reservation strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements regarding leasing and property management.
- Address guest concerns and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in leasing, corporate housing, property management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing targets and SLAs.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and leasing management software.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Attributes:

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, though equivalent experience will be considered.
